Experienced Sales Manager Wanted for NU Sports Wear

We are looking for seasoned, high performance Sales Professional to help generate new business by opening new accounts for a start-up men’s tennis clothing company called NU formal tennis attire. The candidate must be a “hunter” with a good handle over the selling process and sales cycle to identify customer needs / decision makers, key dependencies and have a “consultative selling” approach. He/she must be able to achieve revenue targets consistently. Self-starters who would like to create a sales team, lead them and is not afraid to take control of the market are welcome!

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.Image
  • Achieve lead generation, prospecting and other sales management goals designed to build an optimal sales pipeline.
  • Personally develop strong, long-term relationships and referrals with high level executives at targeted buyers.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process for all opportunities including initial client communication, presentation of product, proposal creation and submission, negotiation and deal closing.
  • The candidate is the focal point for all communication and sales activities with prospects and customers.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  1. 3+ years of experience with pure hunting experience selling at any sales level.
  2. Strong track record of establishing and cultivating business relationships with buyers and high level executives is a MUST.
  3. Tennis Industry knowledge preferred but not demanded.
  4. Strong oral and written communication skills and executive presentation and persuasion skills.
  5. Ability to interface at all levels of an organization.
  6. Education background : A Bachelors degree is preferred But Strong Sales Experience trumps degree.

Compensation Package:
Compensation for our Sales Manager will include a bi-weekly draw, commission from their own key accounts plus commission from the sales reps that are hired and managed by said Sales Manager. Quarterly and yearly Bonuses will be given with an aggressive commission structure.
